Drink Till Yer Irish!

     For this taggie, I'm using a beautiful PTU scrap kit called: "Lucky" by Tiny Turtle Designs (http://tinyturtledesigns.blogspot.com/) Amazing artwork by Lady Mishka... I know this tube is actually of a german girl but there are no Oktoberfest scrap kits. She is just too gorgeous to not create with so I matched her with this irish kit. :))) Tutorial can be found HERE
